Amazing visit. Eleven Dental was open so early to help me with my emergent same day situation. Staff were lovely, assuring and very attentive to my questions and concerns. Facility is clean and organized, and made my last minute visit hassle free!
Had a great experience at Eleven Dental for an emergency toothache. Susie at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Adam, the dental assistant, was professional and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Bassi explained everything clearly and took great care of me. Highly recommend this clinic!
What a fantastic place. Front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming. Saron was extremely professional and made me feel comfortable during my cleaning & whitening visit. Would recommend her any time! My teeth are so clean, thank you!
Dental visits should be comfortable and stress-free. We accomplish those goals by using the latest dental technology to improve accuracy, comfort, and treatment results.
Our modern dental tools include digital X-rays and minimally invasive procedures, helping reduce discomfort and shorten recovery time. We also offer sedation dentistry for anxious patients.
We designed our dental clinic to help patients feel comfortable the moment they arrive. From TV during procedures to sedation options, we focus on making every visit as relaxing as possible.
Our staff can look into your insurance, government, or other benefits and provide you with transparent pricing. They can help you decide the best way to pay for treatment so you can get started on your oral health care journey.
The CDCP does not cover every treatment at 100%, so if anything falls outside your coverage we will show you the amount in writing before we begin — not after.
We are open seven days a week: Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 9:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am to 6:00pm. The early mornings and late evenings exist so you do not have to take time off work to see a dentist.
Our entrance, parking, and restrooms are wheelchair accessible. We work by appointment — call (416) 524-1111.
Severe tooth pain is an emergency and should be treated right away — the sooner we see you, the more of the tooth we can usually save.
One exception: if you have had facial trauma, or swelling that is affecting your breathing or swallowing, go to a hospital emergency room first. That is beyond what any dental office should be handling.
Bring your policy and certificate numbers to your first visit and we will handle the submission for you.
Every patient without coverage gets a written treatment plan with the cost attached before anything is booked, and we will tell you honestly what needs doing now versus what can safely wait. We accept payment plans, so a larger treatment can be spread out rather than paid in one go. We take credit, debit, cheque, and mobile payment.
We charge according to the Ontario Dental Association Fee Guide — the published provincial schedule that most Ontario insurers reimburse against. Your exact fee depends on how much cleaning time you actually need, which is why we quote you before we start rather than surprising you at the desk.
Call (416) 524-1111 and we will give you the number for your situation.
Because of that, a range quoted on a website is close to meaningless for your mouth. We scan your teeth at a consultation and give you the exact price and the exact number of months before you commit to anything.
Straight teeth are not just for kids — we treat children, teens, and adults.
One thing worth knowing before you book: whitening only lightens natural enamel. It will not change the shade of existing crowns, veneers, or fillings. If you have visible dental work at the front, tell us, and we will plan the shade around it so everything matches when we are done.
What we will commit to is this: you get a written, itemized estimate before we start, with any insurance portion already accounted for. And we will walk you through the alternatives — an implant versus a bridge, for instance — rather than simply quoting you the most expensive option and leaving it there.
